These General Conditions of Contracting and Use apply to all visitors to the yuukart.com website, as well as to any commercial transactions through this virtual store.

Browsing the site and purchasing any product on yuukart.com implies acceptance of all the following points.
The company Potencial Memory, Lda reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website www.yuukart.com.

Payment methods
yuukart.com provides payment via ATM Card, MbWay, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
Payment will also be accepted using the ATM reference provided for this purpose. The reference is valid for 3 days.
This last method of payment is only available for payment transactions carried out in Portugal.

Sale price of products
The sale price of each Product is determined by yuukart.com and can be freely changed at any time; changes in the Product’s selling price do not affect the order whose receipt and acceptance has already been confirmed to the Customer.
The sale price of the Products indicated on yuukart.com includes VAT at the applicable legal rate.
The costs of delivery of the Product are added to the indicated sales price, when due.
The sale prices of the Products are shown, unless there was an error in their indication detected by yuukart.com until the delivery of those to the Customer.
In this case, the Customer is immediately contacted by email sent to the email address provided by him.
The Customer can choose to keep his order at the correct price or cancel it.

shipping the order
The order value refers exclusively to the sum of the final cost of the products, any discount amount is deducted at the time of purchase and does not include the addition of transport costs.

Delivery times
If there is no stock restriction, all orders placed on yuukart.com are logistically processed within a maximum period of 5 working days.
This period can be changed if there is no momentary availability of one or more products in the order.
If any of the products is unavailable, the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected period for restocking.

If you do not want to wait for the replacement of the missing product, you can choose a replacement product or cancel the order.
In case of replacement of the order, a value adjustment must be made.
If you wish to cancel that (these) product(s), the remaining order will be sent immediately and the value of the canceled product(s) will be returned to the customer.

Delivery time varies according to destination and handling time in carriers.
• Shipments to mainland Portugal: Between 3 and 4 business days
• Madeira and Azores: Between 3 and 15 working days, depending on the chosen transport service (plane or boat)
• Europe: More than 10 business days
• Outside Europe: More than 20 business days
This delivery time may vary according to exceptional periods of higher flow, such as holiday periods or Christmas season.
COVID-19: Due to the current situation and possible restrictions, the delivery period may be extended.

Delivery time
In Portugal, the usual delivery time is between 08:00 and 18:00.
In case no one is at the address to receive the goods, the carrier will contact you to schedule a new delivery.

Tracking / Tracking
When your order is shipped, an email with the tracking code is sent to you, so that you can follow up on it.

Exchange and Return Policy
At yuukart.com, your complete satisfaction is important.
The purchase process is easy and completely transparent. But if you are not satisfied, the deadline for exchanging or returning products is 14 days after the date of receipt of the order.
To make the return or exchange, just:

As soon as you send the exchange and/or return request, you will receive an email, within a maximum period of 5 days, confirming receipt of your order and remembering all the details for the return of the product(s)( s).
It is important that:
• Wait for us to contact you by email, with the return details
• In order for the return and/or exchange to be carried out, the products must be preserved and in the same reception conditions.

Rules for Returns
In order for the return and/or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that you respect the following rules:
• The product must be sealed, in its original packaging, including cellophane or protective labels (if any);
• If the product box is unsealed, the product seal must be kept intact, or any other protection from use;
• You must ensure that all attached components are followed along with the product: samples, gifts, leaflet, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions;
• Preserve the invoice, bearing in mind that a copy of the invoice must accompany the return of the product to yuukart.com.

After confirming the order, the maximum period for sending the product(s) to our address, together with a copy of the invoice, is 7 working days.
If the above mentioned points are respected, the order value will be returned within a maximum period of 30 days.
In the case of product exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement product(s) is the customer’s responsibility.

Conflict resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer has the right to resort to the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entities that are identified on the website – yuukart.com – or to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution identified on the website – https://ec .europa.eu/consumers/odr.
