PACKAGE
A4, A3 Custom Portraits will be securely protected by a 3mm MDF Board Sheet to preventing from bending.
A2 Custom Portraits will be securely wrapped in protective material and placed inside of a sturdy carboard tube.

PAYMENT & CONDITIONS
Types of Payment:
- Pay Now 50% – You pay 50% of the total amount to be able to ensure the allocation of work. When the work is completed and before being sent, the remaining amount will be requested.
- Full Amount
IMPORTANT
I will start drawing the Portrait from the moment when the First or Full Payment is done and the photos are sent.
If there is any delay in sending the photos or doing the payment, consequently the delivery will be delayed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a portrait take?
The time it takes for your purchase to be dispatched always differs depending on how many orders I have and for that reason there is a estimated shipping date available on website. Please always check before you purchase.
When is the second payment requested, if you choose 50%-50%?
The second payment is requested after the Portrait is finished.
How do I commission?
When you start the purchase process, you can choose how many animals do you want on the portrait and the format (A4, A3 or A2), as well as the payment method. You can choose to make the payment of 50% so that I can allocate the work on my callendar and at the end, it will be asked the rest or the full payment. Whenever any type of payment is made, the invoice is issued.
Where do I upload my photos?
In the final step of the purchase, a minimum of two photographs with good quality and detail are requested and later attached to the order. Don’t worry if you think tht you don’t have the perfect photos or you may not have the expected result. Before I start I will get in touch with you to choose together which one will work best and only afterwards will I start the work.
Can you do text on the portrait?
No, I don’t write any pet’s name on the portrait.
Does the Portrait include frame?
No.
